очистка от таможенных формальностей.Принятая в международной практике упрощенная фор- мулировка системы таможенных операций, в зависимости от выполнения которых внешнеторговые сделки относятся к категории специализированной или общей торговой системы. Очистка от таможенных формальностей - это не только выполнение таможенных процедур, но и выплаты как таможенных пошлин, так и импортных налогов. Ввезенные из-за рубежа товары, за которые уплачены импортные пошлины и налоги, поступают на внутренний рынок на тех же условиях, что и отечественные продукты и изделия. таможенный транзит» Условие перевозки грузов, при которой в %%дкпавдрцует транзитом через таможенную территорию (customs territory) данного государства без прохождения обычных таможенных формальностей.Товар, прибывший на указанных условиях, оформляется транзитным ввозом. При этом таможне представляются соответствующая заявка, в которой указываются пункт назначения, вид товара, его объявленная стоимость, расписка или иное финансовое обязательство о последующей уплате налогов и пошлин, а также другая необходимая информация.
